Key Responsibilities
- Define the AI product roadmap aligned with business objectives and client requirements.
- Translate complex healthcare, clinical, and business use cases into scalable AI architectures.
- Lead modular and multi-tenant AI system design with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, NHS DSPT).
- Oversee AI/ML and Data Science teams, establishing best practices for model lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Product Managers, and UX teams for seamless integration and delivery.
- Drive research and innovation in emerging technologies such as LLMs, multi-agent AI, federated learning, and edge AI.
- Ensure AI systems meet performance, reliability, and ethical standards.
- Review architectural decisions, conduct technical evaluations, and lead high-level solution design.
Objectives / KPIs
- Deliver a unified, functional AI architecture supporting all DaivTech products within 6–12 months.
- Reduce model deployment and integration time by 30–50% through optimized pipelines.
- Achieve >95% uptime and inference reliability across production AI systems.
- Ensure complete compliance with ethical, regulatory, and legal AI standards.
- Upskill and mentor engineering teams to meet advanced AI performance goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles.
- Proven experience architecting enterprise-grade AI solutions and ML pipelines.
- Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and MLOps frameworks.
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, NLP pipelines, vector databases, or RAG architectures.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, API integration, and microservices architecture.
- Deep knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, NHS DSPT).
- Ability to translate non-technical requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Strong leadership skills to guide multi-functional AI engineering teams.
