Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Build responsive, reusable, and modern UI components in React.
- Develop secure and scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node & Express.
- Work with MongoDB for efficient schema design, queries, and data handling.
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers, product teams, and developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and React.js (hooks, state management, components).
- Hands-on experience in Node.js, Express.js, and REST API development.
- Experience working with MongoDB and Mongoose.
- Good understanding of Git, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Redux or Zustand for state management.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure).
- Understanding of microservices or containerization (Docker).
